Business and Executive Coach
For over 30 years, Nick has been starting, growing, and in some cases, selling businesses for himself and his clients. As the co-founder of an independent investment firm, he grew the company from 2 advisors to over 250 in 6 years and successfully sold it to a NY private equity firm. In 2005, Nick co-founded a financial technology company that amassed over $10Billion in trust assets under administration. He exited that company through a sale to a $5 billion, publicly traded financial services firm in 2011. Since then, Nick has been coaching and training other entrepreneurs ranging from start-ups to national franchise companies. A key area of his practice focuses on helping professional service providers achieve success through his Personal Performance Coaching programs.
In March 2015, he became certified by Brian Tracy International and added the FocalPoint Business Coaching process to his practice.
A graduate of Rutgers Business School, Nick is a Brian Tracy certified corporate trainer and business coach, a licensed Navigational Conversation program facilitator, and a practice mentor. Today, Nick works with entrepreneurs in multiple industries and does executive coaching in the financial services arena. He is also the owner of FocalPoint Business Coaching of New Jersey and is the NJ Area Developer for FocalPoint International.
